How to Get Cooperation: Let the other person feel that the idea is his or hers

This is a great concept that can also relate to a pilot program. When trying to sell an idea or products, if we can thrust a foot into that field, and always ask all the stakeholders what their comments are, it could be easier to get cooperation. Same thing can apply to your office philosophy.
